H2H Defence - Women and mens self defence - A3 poster design

H2H Defence are experts in the field of self defence and conflict management. There can't be many of us who haven't been in situations where we see some thug or group of twats causing trouble and we've had to sheepishly get the hell out of there rather than intervening and putting the menaces on their collective arses. These classes use tried and tested techniques to enable anyone to confidently overpower assailants and use their force against them. The pair of posters we designed were aimed at womens self defence and mens self defence which over time will allow participants in the course to achieve an 'A' level equivalent in self defence. Now that's one subject we'd have liked to have taken at school - kicking baddies asses!
