We have been instrumental
in putting the promotional material together
for Bulgarian Developments Proposed build
of apartments in the property hot spot of
Bansko Bulgaria. Provided with a set of
CAD computer rendered images of the development,
we made things come to life by superimposing
scenic backdrops and lifestyle imagery to
create a luxury impression for would be
property investors. That the overseas property
boom has come to a sticky end cannot be
wholly atributed to our lovely looking brochure
design for the complex. In fact, dare we
say it, this exciting brochure design may
well have kick started the overseas property
explosion in the first place.
